Although it's certainly no secret that Disneyland's Tomorrowland
is in sad shape, It's rare that I hear a reasonable idea of how to fix it. I think you have a very solid direction for it. Although I enjoy the Nemo subs (its so much better than the tragedy that happened to the living seas in EPCOT). I particularly like your ideas for a new voyage. Your plan seems based in some potential reality of what the future could find. I like that. Disney is quite good at "edutainment", but seem to shy away from it too often these days, and I think that is a big reason this tomorrowland fails so badly. Parts of it are entertaining and fun, but are ultimately uninspiring because it teaches us next to nothing and offers no real glimpse at "tomorrow".
